Ben Gruber
About Ben
In my role as the Director of Client Relations I enjoy meeting with new clients and oversee the onboarding process to ensure that your journey with us runs as smoothly as possible.
One of our main goals whilst working with you is to help with streamlining your business and providing you with the peace of mind that your accounting needs are met. In doing so, you can free up your own time to focus on the other important aspects of your business. This is a major part of my role and I work closely with clients, from a variety of sectors, to ensure that our services are providing you with all of the support that you need.
Nick Milard
About Nick
Having been in practice since 2000 (in both small and mid-size firms), I have seen massive changes in both our industry and the business community. I have spent many years working with clients on their cloud solutions and management accounting, assisting clients to have the most efficient accounting system and up to date timely information to enable rapid decision making and planning for their future.
If I have one aim working here, it is to ensure that I am available to help alleviate any worries that you have. I want you to be able to concentrate on the important things, and the things you are good at, which is running your business, and leave the compliance side to me.
I am a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, as well as ensuring that I remain Xero certified (amongst others), so that I am always up to date with the changes in the software solutions.
I believe that my experience and the teams youth work side-by-side to create a vibrant and forward-thinking firm to assist clients into the future.
Amanda Thorne
About Amanda
In my role I oversee the VAT and bookkeeping services for clients, this has enabled me to work closely with businesses and to assist them in the day-to-day compliance work. I also work with my team to ensure that all of your deadlines are met, and your business is compliant with HMRC requirements.
I am currently studying AAT Level 4 and hope that this will enable me to gain more knowledge and experience in the future.
Daryl
About Daryl
I joined Accounting4Everything in July 2024 as a Client Manager, and my role here is to assist our members of staff and work closely with the clients that are assigned to me, to make sure they get the level of service required for their business finances to run efficiently. I enjoy working with all types of businesses and building good working relationships with the team and our clients.
I am always open to any questions you may have, whether it is regarding bookkeeping, payroll, VAT or accounts, so please feel free to ask me anything.
Megan Howard

I enjoy the role of supporting clients where I can, as well as ensuring that clients feel comfortable to ask for support when needed.

Kirsty McKeever
About Kirsty
I have been with Accounting 4 Everything since 2018 and have progressed my role to Payroll Manager.
I work to ensure that all the payrolls are completed on time and that employers are aware of their responsibilities and the role that they need to play in being compliant.
Payroll compliance might not always be at the forefront of our client's minds, so my aim is to ensure that you and your employees are my first priority - which gives you the confidence to focus on growing your business.

Sam Ellison
Bookkeeping Apprentice
I am currently studying for my apprenticeship in Level 2 Certificate in Accounting. I joined Accounting 4 Everything in March of 2024, after coming from the hospitality industry which I worked in for 10 years! Since working at A4E, I have learned much about Accounting and will hopefully continue to learn from the experienced team, of which I am now part of.
My day-to-day usually involves processing the Bookkeeping and assisting Amanda with the VAT Returns, and I also offer my assistance to the Admin Team from making phone calls to scanning in client’s records when needed.
My goal is to work alongside Amanda to become a qualified bookkeeper and to then progress onto Level 3 AAT.
Macie Foster
Admin Apprentice
Currently studying as an admin apprentice, I’m here to help with getting new clients set up with us and on a day-to-day basis I mainly focus on helping the VAT team, to ensure the returns are filed on time! I have had a few years working in similar environments, and I enjoy being the first port of call for client queries.
In the past I have experience studying Criminology, and Law and legal communications and now I am looking to expand my knowledge while I do my level 3 business & administration apprenticeship here at A4E.
I am now working alongside Megan, to eventually take on the Admin senior role at the end of my apprenticeship.
Kayla North
Payroll Apprentice
Born and raised in Newton Abbot, I am someone who’s always loved learning with a particular passion for Maths, which is what influenced me to be in the position I am today. I have completed my A levels in Business, Politics and Psychology and at the age of 18, I am now doing my Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.
Since joining Accounting4Everything only a few months ago, I have taken on the role of ensuring all our payrolls get completed on time and that any payroll and pension questions or queries get answered with the help of our director Nick whilst the payroll manager Kirsty is on maternity.
I am fast learning the payroll process, and want to ensure that this continues, and that all clients get the best service possible!
